This milestone marks a significant step in EQuest’s strategy to expand its education ecosystem in Northern Vietnam, while contributing to Hai Phong’s vision of becoming a regional hub for education, innovation, and high-quality human resource development.

A New Milestone in EQuest’s Education Investment Strategy
The ceremony was attended by senior officials, including Mr. Le Tien Chau – Secretary of Hai Phong Party Committee, Mr. Vu Tien Phung – Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc – Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Mr. Don Tuan Phong – Vice Chairman of the National Assembly’s Committee for National Defense, Security and External Affairs, along with representatives from city departments, business partners, and EQuest leadership. The event also served as a meaningful activity in celebration of the upcoming elections for the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils for the 2026-2031 term.
Emphasizing the significance of the project, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh, Vice Chairman of EQuest’s Board of Directors, stated: “We envision the Bac Song Cam Education Complex not merely as a school, but as a dynamic educational hub in Hai Phong, bringing together high-quality academic programs, international academic activities, and a creative learning community for the younger generation.
Hai Phong has long been known as a major export port, we aspire to go further and transform it into a hub for knowledge export.

For EQuest, this project is not just an investment, it represents our long-term commitment to the development of education in Hai Phong. With strong support from city leadership, the Ministry of Education and Training, and our partners, we believe this complex will become a place where students are nurtured intellectually, developed holistically, and prepared for global integration.”
Expanding EQuest’s Education Ecosystem in Hai Phong
In recent years, EQuest has continuously expanded its investment footprint in Hai Phong, bringing reputable education brands, international academic standards, and management expertise to the city.
Within just two years, EQuest has established a presence with three high-quality K-12 institutions serving over 1,000 students, including Ngoi Sao Hanoi Inter-level School – Hai Phong campus, Newton Inter-level School Hai Duong, and Alpha Inter-level School Hai Phong.
The Bac Song Cam Education Complex represents a key step toward building an integrated, modern education ecosystem in Hai Phong, linking K-12 education, higher education, and the city’s development needs.
Located in the city’s emerging urban center, adjacent to major infrastructure projects, the complex benefits from strong connectivity within a modern urban development space. With a total area of 71,559 m², the project is designed as a comprehensive education complex integrating both university and K-12 systems, accommodating up to 20,000 learners.

The campus will be developed to modern educational standards, featuring open learning spaces, laboratories, research facilities, and digital education infrastructure. The integrated model enables seamless transitions between educational levels within a unified ecosystem.
Approximately 40% of the campus will be dedicated to green spaces, outdoor areas, and sports facilities, aligning with the vision of a “green school” where learning extends beyond classrooms into experiential environments.

International-Oriented Higher Education and Integrated K-12 System
The university segment will be developed under an international model, focusing on key disciplines of the digital era such as artificial intelligence (AI), STEM, automotive engineering technology, medical technology, healthcare, logistics, data science, and business administration.
The Hai Phong campus of Phu Xuan University will serve as a core training institution. Through collaboration with Keiser University, one of the largest private non-profit universities in Florida, students will have opportunities to obtain U.S.-accredited degrees while also attracting international students to study in Hai Phong.

Parallelly, the K-12 system will offer bilingual and internationally accredited programs, emphasizing academic excellence, skill development, and global competencies.
Upon completion, the Bac Song Cam Education Complex is expected to become a major educational institution in Hai Phong, contributing to workforce quality enhancement and supporting the development of the Bac Song Cam urban area, while attracting knowledge communities, experts, and residents.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Vu Tien Phung, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, remarked: “The Bac Song Cam Education Complex is a strategic and timely initiative, contributing to the diversification of the city’s education system and expanding access to advanced learning environments for students in Hai Phong and neighboring areas.”

He further expressed confidence that: “With EQuest’s strong commitment, coordination from relevant authorities, and support from the business community, the project will be implemented on schedule, ensuring quality and soon becoming operational, thereby contributing to the development of a high-quality education system aligned with Hai Phong’s growth objectives.”
